Due to the growing number of population of less privilege and careless parents to send their children to school;
the number of idle children is also increasing. These will result in the production of significant number of
illiterate people in the society.
The idle children will be roaming up and down the street, misconducting themselves and enguaging in other forms
of criminal acts which is immoral.
The Bash Foundation has properly identified and highlighted these insane acts and back draws to the development of the society. With these, it has mandated itself to setup a process, follow the strategic and suitable method to cascade the rate of illiteracy in the society to the barest minimum if not completely eradicated.
